Paul Heredia manages architectural services from schematic design services to completion of architectural construction documents including coordination with all engineering consultants and allied trades. He performs site visits during construction administration to ascertain that the work is in accordance with the contract documents.

Since 1994, Paul has specialized in architectural planning and design. One of his basic principles is to bring to the forefront the significance of the design concept of the project. Through careful analysis of project requirements and client needs, a viable design solution is achieved, appealing to the clients' thrusts and aspirations.
